Ivy, Marta and Anna had a long process of physical and emotional rehabilitation. Although their bodies began to recover relatively quickly, the emotional trauma was the biggest challenge. Their bond was crucial in this process, providing them with mutual support in times of anxiety. Marta, being the most confident, was the model of courage for Ivy and Anna, and together they learned to accept human contact and slowly explore the world around them.
The behavioral rehabilitation program was an important step for all three. Marta and Anna have made great progress – they have learned to accept the leash and enjoy the company of other dogs. Ivy, however, continues to need time, but we are not giving up hope. With love and patience, we are confident that she too will overcome the traumas of the past.
The story of Ivy, Marta and Anna showed us the incredible power of friendship and mutual support. Although they have suffered tremendously, they have shown us that with patience, love and a safe environment, even the deepest emotional wounds can begin to heal. These three puppies have turned grief into hope and are an example of resilience and courage.
