A few kilometers from Bacău, Ringo Land Romania was born from the desire to give a chance at life to dogs and cats who would otherwise have been forgotten. From the difficult beginnings, when building the shelter was a real logistical and financial challenge, to today, when hundreds of animals find shelter, safety and hope here, our story is about determination, compassion and continuous efforts.
The shelter was built to welcome dogs rescued from public shelters in Romania, as well as those found on the streets in distress. At Ringo Land, every animal gets a second chance. Not only do we offer them a safe place to stay, but we also make sure they receive food, medical care and, above all, affection.
Currently, Ringo Land is home to several hundred dogs and cats, each with a sad story but a promising future.
A unique aspect of Ringo Land is our program dog rehabilitation and trainingMany of the dogs that arrive here are scared, traumatized, or distrustful of people. Through the careful and patient work of our team, these dogs begin to regain their courage and become ready to be adopted.
Each dog learns to walk on a leash, socialize with other animals, and accept human affection. Personalized training gives them the chance to find a suitable family and a happy life.
